We are seeking a Manager to join the Restaurant Consulting practice. The Restaurant Consulting team advises and supports the client needs by implementing, maintaining and enhancing business management processes and technology. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services. This role is to be based out of our Pasadena, CA office and can be done remotely from California.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Advises clients on Business Management (BM) processes and technology by presenting the various benefits of the system

  • Assists clients with the implementation of the BM system, to include Compeat Radar, bill.com, COA review and payroll export.  Ensures a smooth workflow transition, from initial set-up to training.  

  • Ensure client set-up is uniform across databases – manager log, dashboards, accruals, POS and sales reporting

  • Provides direct support to the client on the various systems

  • Provides consulting services to the client on some HR and recruiting related questions regarding compliance

  • Organize various activities to enhance client relations – webinars, dinners, events

  • Initial contact on technical support, get the vendor involved if necessary

  • Advise on ways to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

  • Business development

  • Check all Compeat Radar alerts daily and make mapping corrections to ensure locations are polling and posting timely

  • Organize and plan in house Restaurant Operations seminars and participate in organizing other events

  • Write e-blast and newsletter articles relating to the restaurant industry for distribution to our email database

  • Provide daily client support, troubleshoot client questions relating to bill.com, Compeat Radar, general accounting, and other operational needs

  • Review and approve all Compeat Radar invoices

  • Assist Principal and Restaurant Operations Manager with various projects including accounting and AP related projects

  • Respond to all client related inquiries within 24 hours

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success

  • Restaurant industry experience

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
