About this position
We are seeking an IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our IT Governance team. In this role, you'll support large-scale change initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure effective policy management across IT. You’ll drive the governance process by managing key governing bodies, gathering feedback, and working with senior leadership to align IT policies and standards. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and creating detailed documentation.
• Develop, establish, and implement policies and standards.
• Manage and facilitate several key IT governing bodies, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement.
• Regularly engage with IT Architecture, IT Compliance, and IT Governance teams to support governance activities.
• Use collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira) to engage stakeholders, prioritize efforts, and share information.

Skills/Requirements
• Mid-level experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience in managing governance bodies like Governance Committees, Steering Committees, or Change Advisory Boards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with IT policies, standards, and governance practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a remote or hybrid setting.

Pay Range
