Why you’ll love this role:

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will be a critical member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role will be responsible for building and leading the systems, processes, and analytics that power Cribl's revenue organization through hypergrowth on our way to $1B ARR and beyond.

As an active member of our team, you will:

  • Design and execute the operational strategy supporting Cribl's global revenue organization, including sales and channel partnerships
  • Build and lead a best-in-class RevOps team across sales operations, strategy, revenue analytics, and technical operations
  • Drive operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting to support board-level planning and IPO preparations
  • Architect and optimize the complete revenue tech stack to support efficient scaling
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, forecasting, and compliance with future public company requirements
  • Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycle and communication for the Revenue organization
  • Develop sales compensation plans that drive desired behaviors and outcomes
  • Create and manage systems and strategy for territory design, segmentation, quota setting, and capacity planning
  • Build scalable processes for sales methodology adoption and enablement
  • Be a key partner to Product and Marketing teams to optimize growth motions
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across the executive team and within the operations organization 

If you’ve got it - we want it:

  • 15+ years of revenue operations experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record scaling revenue operations in high-growth enterprise software companies from $100M to $500M+ ARR
  • Experience preparing a company for IPO and also operating in a public company environment
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Strong background in sales compensation design and territory planning
  • Experience with enterprise sales motions and complex deal structures
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Executive presence and outstanding communication skills

Bonus Points/Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in infrastructure software, observability, or related technical markets
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Prior experience managing through an IPO process
  • Knowledge of high growth go to market strategies

Salary Range ( 315,000- 370,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
