Job Title: Digital Revenue Operations Manager
Location:
 Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD + commissions

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Manager to be the technical backbone of our growing online fitness business, specializing in indoor rowing. You will manage our digital infrastructure and drive revenue growth across products, including app memberships, coaching programs, and digital courses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical challenges and is passionate about driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain sales funnels and landing pages
  • Manage email marketing systems and automations
  • Handle technical integrations between platforms
  • Drive revenue growth through systematic improvements
  • Launch and optimize new products and revenue streams

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with modern website builders, email marketing platforms, and Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Strong ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Bonus: Experience in subscription-based businesses, fitness/wellness industry, online course platforms, and Google Analytics expertise

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience with payment platforms like Stripe or PayPal
  • Product launch experience
  • Proven track record of growing monthly recurring revenue
