We are seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations to join the eHealth Marketing team. In this role, you will drive our strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across the marketing team, with a special focus on compliance and marketing operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll establish best practices for implementing strategic improvements for long-term business growth. This role requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, operational insight, an analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex environments involving compliance, legal considerations, and product integrations.
The Manager, Marketing Operations can be based anywhere in the US and reports to the Director of Strategic Partners and Channel Operations.

Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Own optimization of operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Team Leadership: Guide your team to profitable growth, ensuring employees are supported, developing their skill sets, and have clear and consistent communications.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements across marketing and partner teams. Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to address compliance issues.
Product Integrations: Assist with product integrations and align new solutions with existing systems and processes. Facilitate smooth integration by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive informed decision-making and strategic actions.
Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance.
Performance Analysis: Assist in ensuring strategic prioritization and implementations based on existing performance and projected results of various marketing campaigns
Effective Data-Driven Communication: Ensure data, timelines, and risks are communicated clearly and early across the organization and with outside partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy, Pre-Law, Business, Economics, Health Sciences, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis, visualization, and strategic planning.
- Operational Insight: Experience in managing and improving operational processes. Familiarity with compliance and legal aspects related to healthcare or insurance preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and insurance sales a plus

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
