Job description

About You

As the Abnormal University Operations Program Manager, within the Sales Enablement Programs team, you will manage the operational aspects of our GTM training program to drive success across our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless tracking and delivery of individualized training plans including eLearning curriculum, ILT sessions, live sessions and scorecards for Account Executives and GTM sales team, contributing to a personalized and impactful training experience.

You love working with data and finding ways to use tools and programs to build efficiencies in managing and reporting on data.  You are excellent at multitasking, are self-driven, and can work both independently and with a cross-functional team in a hectic and ever-changing startup environment.

As a key member of the Sales Enablement Programs team, you will play a crucial role in developing Abnormal talent and driving the effectiveness of our GTM training efforts. 

Role Responsibilities

Operational Program Management

    • Manage and track the execution of Abnormal University program initiatives, including new hire onboarding, (e.g., ILT sessions, Bootcamps, eLearning completion) and reinforcement with specialized training initiatives (skills and topic Deep Dives). Ensure all training activities are executed flawlessly and achieve high engagement and completion rates.
    • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and participant registration.
    • Develop and implement program evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of learning programs on knowledge acquisition, skill development, and commercial outcomes.

Curriculum Design and Personalization

    • Develop and implement personalized training paths for every team member based on their role and development needs. Drive adoption and communicate the value of these personalized programs to optimize learning outcomes.

Stay up-to-date on best practices in sales enablement and curriculum design. Regularly assess and refine training programs to maximize their effectiveness and relevance for the GTM team.Data Management and Reporting

    • Track and analyze training metrics such as attendance, engagement, and completion rates. Use data to identify trends, create reports, and recommend improvements to the training programs, ensuring alignment with overall sales enablement goals.
    • Extract insights from data to optimize each step of the learning journey of our GTM team.
    • Use data storytelling to effectively communicate insights from a dataset using narratives and visualizations.
  • Tool Utilization and Process Efficiency
  • Leverage enablement tools, learning management systems, and other platforms to enhance operational efficiency, streamline reporting processes, and facilitate easy access to curriculum resources.

Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with GTM teams, Field Enablement, and other stakeholders to align on training needs and ensure training programs remain responsive to evolving business priorities. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training program management, or a similar role within a Sales or GTM function.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs in a matrixed, cross functional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM/enablement platforms; strong Excel or data visualization skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
  • Passion for learning, collaboration, and contributing to the success of a high-performance team.

Base salary range:
$114,800$135,000 USD
