Job Description
This position is responsible for conducting sophisticated analysis of our digital platforms and omnichannel interactions to provide insights for Agilent Digital optimization and supporting Marketing Programs. This includes developing models, assessments, proposals and reporting mechanisms in order to develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior and use the data to drive marketing strategies and meet business goals. This position will also be responsible for digital customer behavior and marketing campaign analysis and will be involved in analytical consulting, customer research, and segmentation analysis.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate data analysis and recommendations utilizing analytic tools to develop business and marketing insights for digital platforms and omnichannel interactions
Analyze customer purchase/transaction patterns to surface customer trends and demand generation opportunities by using statistics/predictive modeling
Analyze customer digital footprint and behavior to provide insights
Develop and communicate measurement strategies for digital platforms and omnichannel interactions
Design and implement tests to measure the effectiveness of digital & marketing communication strategies
Conducts post-execution analysis to identify best practices, interpretation and recommendations, and opportunities for improvement
Analyze long term trends to discover opportunities for improvement in digital & marketing programs
Provide consultation to business partners on designing and measuring data-driven digital & marketing programs
Partner and collaborate with Marketing and Digital organizations
Maintain an ongoing understanding of business and marketing goals as a foundation for thoughtful business information solutions
Maintain expertise in Martech platforms
Fulfills responsibilities while exhibiting Agilent values at all times
Qualifications
8+ years experience in marketing and/or digital analytics
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, science/engineering, statistics, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics preferred)
CRM-related experience (SAP & Salesforce.com preferred)
Track record of measurable success from data driven insights to strategy
Strong business acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills and the ability to process and present vast amount of data into meaningful information.
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong collaboration and partnering skills, the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and influence change
Effective project management and organizational skills
Works well with a diverse group of individuals throughout a global organization
Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $116,800.00 - $219,000.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
