Job Overview:
We seek a proactive Web3/Crypto Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our technical team and business stakeholders. You'll help build better products, define business requirements, analyze market trends, and ensure our Blockchain and DeFi offerings meet user needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Business Requirements:** - Gather, document, elucidate and prioritize business/product requirements. - Translate business needs into technical product specifications and lead the creation of User Stories and backlog management.
2. **Marketing Support:** - Collaborate with marketing teams to help understand and communicate the products. - Assist in creating writing product requirements documents and GitBooks.
3. **Product Development Support:** - Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals. - Assist in creating wireframes, and prototypes with UX personnel.
3. **Project Management:** - Track project progress and manage timelines. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
4. **Stakeholder Engagement:** - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders. - Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations.
5. **Market Analysis and Research:** - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in DeFi. - Analyze user behavior and feedback for product development.
6. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making. - Prepare detailed reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Personal/Professional experience in web3/blockchain/crypto space.
- Personal experience with staking crypto assets and onchain analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in blockchain/web3.
- Understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and project management software (Jira, Trello).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
MUST HAVE Web3/Blockchain/Crypto EXPERIENCE.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience collaborating with teams developing smart contracts or cross-chain blockchain protocols.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Crypto trading experience.
