The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sourcer for coaches to join our Community Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging top coaching talent that aligns with the company's product and business needs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external networks to build a robust pipeline of potential coaches, trainers, and mentors to help our employees and customers grow in alignment with our product goals. As a startup company, we need a self-starter that is able to be very hands-on and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify qualified coaching candidates through multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of coaches specializing in product and leadership needs.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to engage passive coaching candidates.
  • Collaborate with product teams and Community Growth to understand coaching needs and align sourcing strategies.
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential coaches for current and future openings.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews or assessments for shortlisted coaching candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant events to build a network of coaches.
  • Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities and candidate pipelines in the ATS.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of open roles and candidate sourcing progress.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Fluency in English and another language is preferred
  • Experience working in a product-based or tech company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various coaching methodologies, certifications (ICF, etc.), and leadership development frameworks.
  • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GEM, GreenHouse, Recruitee etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of coaching needs in a corporate setting, particularly in product teams.
