RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Manage significant portions of our product;
• Implement complete features, including frontend, backend, architecture, troubleshooting, and quality assurance;
• Rapidly develop and deploy high-quality experiments to enhance user engagement;
• Participate in all stages of product development, from ideation to launch;
• Shape the ethos, principles, and methodologies of an expanding engineering department;
• Guide and support junior engineers in their professional growth;
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and release new product functionalities and user experiences.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience;
• Proven history of delivering top-tier products and features for large-scale use;
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-moving work environment;
• Capability to transform business concepts and product ideas into technical solutions;
• Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for both independent and collaborative work;
• Fluent English.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Docker, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis;
• 3+ years' experience with Python;
• Strong intuition on system design;
• Some familiarity with JavaScript and frontend technologies;
• Solid experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• 3+ years experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Meticulous attention-to-detail;
• Pursuit of perfection in your work;
• Exceptional educational and career background.
