Senior Product Manager, SEO and Reputation Management
As the Senior Product Manager, SEO and Reputation Management, you will be the subject matter expert within LeadVenture on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Reputation Management. You will own technical SEO for our platforms along with our digital marketing SEO services and Reputation Management products. You will drive the research, design, and build of the features and capabilities of these products, and define and drive the KPIs and successful outcomes for our dealers. Critical to your success is a solid foundation of current best practices for these subjects as well as visionary thought leadership to position our products as market leaders as generative AI transforms the ecosystem.

- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Through customer and stakeholder interviews, deeply understand their problems and create prioritized product requirements that address them
- Oversee both the technical elements of SEO (including XML sitemaps, URL structure, redirects, canonicals, etc.) and content development and deployment strategies to enhance search visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance user engagement
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark our SEO performance against industry peers
- Develop and test product concepts and ideas across customer segments
- Oversee the work of cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and technical groups to drive product vision, define product requirements, and manage products
- Ensure dependencies are accounted for during the planning process
- Actively participate in the development process and bring clarity to the team’s work
- Implement best practices in application architecture, security, and performance to ensure reliable and scalable solutions
- Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and ensure smooth adoption
- Plan and lead successful product launches
- Develop tactical plans to support successful adoption
- Measure effectiveness through clearly defined results, not quantity of stories delivered
- Monitor product usage and user feedback to inform future development
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, including debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment assistance
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in SEO and Reputation Management
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and tools, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy
- Expertise in using advanced SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Ahrefs)
- Familiarity with Reputation Management best practices, techniques and tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including how to optimize customer journeys that lead to dealer ROI
- Digital marketing agency experience a plus
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and to work effectively with customers, development, operations, and sales
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively and concisely to audiences with varying levels of domain knowledge
- Solid internal and customer engagement skills
- Attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to adapt to ongoing change
- Rapid and data-driven decision-maker
- Strong internal motivation with a great work ethic
- Experience developing software using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
- Success in executing product strategy in a SaaS business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 10%
