Job Description:

A Security Analyst protects an organization's computer networks and systems from cyber threats. They monitor networks for security breaches, investigate incidents, implement security measures, and stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies. Security Analysts play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of an organization's data and IT infrastructure.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security technologies, and best practices

- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems

- Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools

- Familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and other security tools

- Understanding of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)

- Experience in log analysis and security event correlation

- Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management

Language Requirement:

Strong English language abilities at a minimum of EFSET C1 level

Required Certifications:

- CompTIA Security+

- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

Optional Certifications:

- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

- GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)

- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
