Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the iGaming sector.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our i-Gaming sales and commercial teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Data Reporting and Analysis: Help prepare reports, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Website Monitoring: Regularly check for 404 errors and broken links on our i-gaming websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Page Review & Link Validation: Review i-gaming pages, click on all outlinks, and verify that top lists are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Provide Insights to Commercial Team: Offer insights on website traffic and page performance, supporting the sales team in identifying valuable, sellable pages.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to ensure all relevant data and information are readily available to optimize strategy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong experience with Excel for managing and analyzing data. Familiarity with basic formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when checking and verifying information.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively across teams.

  • No Sales Experience Required: While sales knowledge is not essential, a proactive and analytical mindset is key for this role.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing and i-game vertical
