Our client, a US-based company that specializes in mobile-first products, is now looking for a Head of Growth.

Location: Europe

Thanks to them, they are proud of titles like ChatOn, iScanner, ARTA, Writely, Solvo, Forma, OnSkin, Plantum.
Now we are looking for a Head of Growth Product to lead a team of seven experienced Growth Product Managers. Together, you'll drive the growth and impact of the company's AI-powered mobile apps.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a team of Growth PdM, nurturing the teammates you have to grow and expand skill sets, and reach goals collectively
  • Plot new strategies that drive revenue and break ground on future opportunities.
  • Prioritize and distribute growth initiatives
  • Improve current growth processes and setup new ones
  • Cooperate closely with other heads of departments

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in mobile app subscription monetization
  • At least 3 years of managing experience
  • Experience with full monetization funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, organic, and referral growth loops
  • Experience with business growth mechanics (App Store, Google Play,)
  • Understanding how LTV prediction is constructed and what it consists of.
  • A thorough understanding of mobile promotion, development, and monetization
  • Successful experience with Web2app and Web2Web - will be a plus
  • Consummate analytical skills, the ability to work with numbers, notice patterns and detail
  • Excellent people management skills
  • At least an Upper intermediate level of English
