We are now looking for a motivated HR and L&D administrator with an interest in Global Mobility in Riga to join us and be part of our exciting journey. The main responsibility will be to provide support in one or more significant functional-specific HR areas and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Executes and delivers day-to-day work in specific HR area/areas.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Personal data entry and changes in relevant systems
  • Record/archive recruitment related documents
  • Assist management and employees with different queries
  • Develop, maintain and run our Onboarding process
  • Support in Learning related questions
  • Help to arrange the necessary documentation for moving employees to another country for working and living. Follow up on processes regarding this.

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in a similar position
  • Preferably higher education
  • «Can do» approach
  • Good knowledge of the English language (spelling and grammar)
  • You like work with the documents and people
  • You are detail-oriented, accurate, and patient
  • Able to collaborate across countries and regions
  • Good communication skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with large amount of information
