Job summary

This is a fixed term contract position for a Global Human Resource Vendor Management Specialist who will be responsible for providing ongoing oversight of the HR Vendor Management program.  The Specialist will become a subject matter expert for all HR Vendor Management activities.

Your role in our mission:

  • Ensure that the mechanisms are in place to monitor all service providers’ performance and adherence to SLAs and key indicators of customer experience, and that SLA calculations are understood and accurate

  • Monitor contractual thresholds (e.g., headcount volume) to ensure IRM and vendors are meeting obligations

  • Responsible for SLA credit monitoring and tracking

  • Manages invoice processing and tracking

  • Own and facilitate vendor issue tracking, RCA tracking, trending analysis and follow-up

  • Coordinate meetings across HR business functions and vendors

  • Facilitate the contract change request process

  • Supports Vendor Management on-going processes, which ensures that due diligence activities are performed on each Vendor by Tier

  • Ongoing oversight and day to day process management of the vendor program and functions.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Must be adept at listening critically to customers and HR service delivery peers, and being empathetic and responsive to their needs and concerns

  • Exceptional attention and focus on continuous improvement to deliver a simple, streamlined employee/customer experience

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with ability to influence and build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders such as but not limited to Global Third-Party Risk and Privacy and Information Security functions

  • Must be detail oriented and comfortable working “hands on” to create new processes from scratch
