Job Description

Job title: Graduate Development Program: Business Process Management & Enterprise Excellence

Our development program is a two-year journey to give you the time and space to get to know us and grow as yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all.

Your assignments:
  • You turn a business plan and budget focused on scaling new business process management capabilities (process mining, analysis and AI-driven process improvements) into action by maturing the change management & deployment approach.

  • You look at the best ways to get these new capabilities organized, structured and deployed for example by improving the learning approach, moving more into self-service consumption models and reducing the throughput time for deployment and adoption.

  • You have a data focused approach around outcomes rather than ticking boxes. You’re eager to turn the process performance data we collect into tangible and actionable pre-defined process improvements working together with various teams and process experts.

In your first assignment, you work for the Business Process Management center of excellence and Management Systems team. You will learn how large companies drive large scale transformation to improve business impact. In the 2nd year, your scope will broaden, applying your obtained project management, change management,  performance improvement and data analysis skills to other transformation initiatives in the Enterprise Performance Management team. Supporting performance improvement and transformation initiatives that drive impact across the organization.

As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labour conditions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 0-2years of experience

  • In your past experiences, you have helped develop and execute a business plan aimed at launching a new capability or initiative.

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, planning skills and data analysis skills.

  • You have a master’s degree with a background in Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR and or IT.

  • You work independently, are eager to grow and don’t shy away from a challenge.

  • You can cope with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity.
