Graduate Development Program – Capability Track Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)

Your assignments: 

As a Philips GDP Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Trainee we have several positions available (locations Amsterdam and Best).

Department Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) - Global Oral Healthcare

  • Leading the rolling S&OP process, by teaming up with factories, supply centers and markets
  • Managing the integral inventory levels whilst realizing the customer delivery targets.
  • Optimizing phase in / phase out in close cooperation with product marketing and the industrial project team
  • Leading the Long-Term Sales Plan process and deploy to factories and suppliers to prepare required capacity.
  • Defining opportunities for improvement driven by operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost reduction

Department Integrated Warehousing and Distribution - Center of Expertise for Global Transport Management

  • Within Warehousing & Distribution Center of Expertise, you will be working on warehousing & delivery performance measurement and analytics. Based on these delivery performance insights, you will engage with our Philips businesses and market organizations to work on improvement ideas.
  • Within the Global Trade Compliance organization, you have a variety of topics in the domain of export regulations, customs related processes, dangerous goods, etc. Many different topics that all contribute to the compliance of Philips to all regulations and secure our ability to conduct business all around the globe.

Department Personal Health Planning – Western Europe Region

  • As a Demand Planner you’ll join the team responsible for building and enriching a forecast of well-known Philips consumer products that you’ll find on the shelves and online in the European market.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer stock levels and AI generated baseline forecast to build a reliable plan that heavily impact the end-to-end supply value chain.
  • Team up with sales, marketing and finance colleagues for assumption alignments, opportunity identification and gap closing initiatives.

Strategy & Transformation team Integrated Supply Chain - Personal Health

  • Support the Strategy & Transformation office in change management activities around E2E technology implementations
  • Co-develop organizational change management strategy

As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labour conditions.

You're the right fit if:

  • Recently graduated Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or Business Studies any related type of study direction and available per 1st March 2025

  • Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, strong analytical skills, a customer-first attitude, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious

  • International experience would be a benefit

  • Business fluency in English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. These are office-based roles.

Recruitment process

  • Within 2 weeks after your application, you will be informed whether you passed the pre-selection round and if yes you will be invited to perform a gamified test and video interview.

  • After the test and video interview we will come back to you latest 10th January.

  • You will be informed whether you belong to the best performers and if yes you will be invited for the final assessment center, which will take place in Eindhoven on Thursday 30th January 2025 (physical presence is required). During this event, you will work on several challenging exercises together with similar minded graduates. This is the final step in the selection process. In the same week, we will inform you of the outcome.

  • Start date will be 1st March 2025
