Job Title: Business Development Coordinator - CBUSA 
Pay Range: $45,000-$55,000 per year 
Location: Remote 

The Job:  

CBUSA, a Buildertrend company, is looking for an ambitious individual to join our Business Development team focused on new market development! 

The Business Development Coordinator will play a critical role in identifying and managing lead opportunities to support the company’s sales pipeline. This role will focus on sourcing, classifying, and analyzing lead data to optimize marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data management, market research, and a keen ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. 
 

What You Will Do:  
Lead Sourcing and Management:  

  • Source high-quality lead lists aligned with target market segments.  

  • Upload and maintain lead data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.  

  • Classify builder leads into defined personas to enhance targeted outreach strategies.  

Data Reporting and Insights:  

  • Analyze lead data to provide actionable insights on where to allocate resources for optimal ROI. 

  • Prepare regular reports on lead performance metrics and recommendations for improvement. 

Investigative Research and Activity:  

  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover new opportunities and trends within the construction and building industries.  

  • Perform competitive analysis to identify potential gaps or strengths in lead sourcing strategies. 

Vendor and Market Engagement:  

  • Build and maintain relationships with local market vendors to enhance lead acquisition efforts. 

  • Coordinate with external partners to explore new lead generation opportunities and ensure alignment with company goals.  
     

Who You Are and What You Need:  

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. 

  • 2 years of Data Analysis and/or Market Research experience in Sales Operations required. 

  • Previous Salesforce experience is preferred. 

  • Knowledge of sales theories and practices. 

  • Written and oral communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
