Job Description:
Scrum Master/Technical Product Owner for Pathfinders Scrum Team to work with the business and scrum team, run the daily scrum calls, for Creating and onboarding project teams, Facilitating communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team, Monitoring project progress, Providing timely feedback and Driving a culture of agility and learning, gather requirements, refine capabilities, write features and create user stories for OCM2.0 Grievances/Sanctions Product.
Required Basic Qualifications:
We need a certified Scrum Master cum Product Owner with 8-10 years of experience who can communicate efficiently with different project stakeholders, with strong Analytical skills, having experience with Managing the product backlog, good at Decision-making and with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
*Agile-Specific Skills:*
1. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
2. Backlog Management: Ability to maintain and refine the product backlog.
3. Story Writing: Skill in writing clear, concise, and testable user stories.
4. Acceptance Criteria: Ability to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
5. Iteration Planning: Participation in sprint planning and estimation.
Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $68-$73
