We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team .

We are looking for an Architect/ Senior Developer with excellent experience in application development Nodejs, ReactJs, GCP technologies. You will be responsible for product development & sustain engineering, building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
This is a remote role
Requirements for this role include:
  • Lead development team, Track the work allocated, review the code, Guide the team.
  • A good understanding on how the web application works.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leading development team.
  • 4+ years’ experience in application using NodeJs
  • 3+ years’ experience working HTML, CSS, and React.js skills
  • Experience in cloud technologies or container systems.
  • Experience in developing backend REST API / Microservice development using NodeJS and React JS framework
  • Knowledge of database systems (like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AlloyDB).
  • Hand of experience with multi cloud systems, including AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as React/Native.
  • Write reusable, effective, as well as scalable React code and create interchangeable front-end modules.
  • Using React design and developing user interface components for JavaScript-based online web and mobile apps.
  • Understanding of Auth0 implementation like Okta or any other 3rd party platform.
  • Understand clients’ needs to build apps in stipulated time and improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps.
  • Experience in cloud technologies or container systems.
  • Assists the team members to resolve the development issues.
  • Resolve the technical problems during development.
  • Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions.
  • Drive or contribute to development standards as necessary.
  • Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications.
  • Hands-on experience working in Azure DevOps, Git repo and CICD pipeline.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain Technical Documentation: Establish a thorough documentation system for architecture decisions, technical workflows, and coding practices, making it easy for team members to reference and learn from these resources.
Project Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, bottlenecks, and suggestions for improvement, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the organization.

Technical Leadership
Mentor Junior Developers: Foster a culture of learning through mentorship programs where junior developers can learn about design patterns, clean code principles, and efficient debugging practices.
Stay Updated: Actively participate in industry conferences, webinars, and community forums, and share knowledge with the team regarding advancements in Node.js, React.js, and healthcare technology trends.
  • Min 10+ years of relevant hands-on work experience in software development.
  • Experience with healthcare domain especially in provider/ hospital or Pharmacy.
  • Experience with integration multiple third-Party APIs, Healthcare systems, EPIC.
  • Working experience if Trading partners
  • Working experience of multi cloud platforms.
  • Responsible for Web-based design, development and deployment.
  • Adherence to the quality standards followed in the team.
  • Experience developing Single Page application frameworks.
  • Experience using Responsive libraries.
  • Exposure to Health Care domain (like providers, Payers and claims processing etc.,) would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Implementation Guides.
Architecture Design & Development
Lead Architecture Design: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design cloud-native applications that enhance healthcare services. This involves using advanced design patterns and architectural principles to create systems that are maintainable, reliable, and expandable.
Develop APIs: Create RESTful APIs that allow secure data exchange between front-end applications and backend services. Implement API authentication protocols (like OAuth 2.0) to ensure secure access to sensitive health data.
Implement Best Practices: Use industry standards when designing microservices architectures to increase modularity and speed up deployment. For instance, using tools like Swagger for API documentation or Postman for testing and improving the development process.
Client Coordination: Would be able to drive solutions with client, effective communication with client technical teams.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY 75 MIN TO 83).  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
