Job description

Join GrowthAssistant as an Email Campaign/Promotions Operations Analyst!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the Email Campaign/Promotions Operations Analyst role. This hybrid role requires experience in managing technical issues, monitoring system alerts, and conducting quality assurance on CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a knack for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving promotional issues, while also ensuring the quality of all marketing deliverables. You will work across teams to ensure smooth operations, documentation, and adherence to campaign strategies, particularly outside regular working hours.

 

Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. On-Call Support Responsibilities:

    • Monitor business dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Chronosphere) and respond to alerts indicating potential promotional issues.
    • Provide swift incident response, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate the impact by taking preliminary measures.
    • Work with cross-functional partners to identify, root cause, and fix issues, escalating when necessary to relevant teams or leadership.
    • Record incidents with detailed logs, including the nature of the issue, steps taken to resolve it, and any follow-up actions required.
    • Assist in building dashboards or alerts to detect anomalies in campaigns or promotional activities.
    • Document frequent customer experience gaps and establish protocols to quickly detect and resolve issues.
  2. Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews for email marketing deliverables (templates, popups, flows, and SMS) to ensure branding, copy, and target groups are consistent.
    • Check all technical setups of CRM campaigns (using Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.) before launch to ensure proper execution and deliverability.
    • Own the preparation and execution of CRM campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams on campaign execution, maintaining documentation such as tickets, campaign overviews, calendars, and internal status reports.
    • Join daily stand-ups to review workload, flag SLA violations, and report QA misses to leads.
    • Record areas where operators frequently make errors, ensuring ongoing improvements in the process.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in QA tasks for CRM platforms.
  • Intermediate experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce.
  • Basic SQL experience (inner join, left join).
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, G-Suite, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with business dashboards such as Tableau, Power BI, Chronosphere, or Sigma.
  • Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns (email, push, in-app, promo codes).
  • Availability to work a day shift, either 5 AM – 3 PM PH Time or 1 PM – 10 PM PH Time, Friday through Monday (10 hours/day).
    Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience building dashboards or alerts to identify anomalies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and advanced SQL experience.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry or working with app-centric clients.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle fast response times, and adhere to a highly detail-oriented work style.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thoroughness in reviewing, testing, and double-checking all deliverables.
