Ready to learn more? The Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) will lead and oversee all aspects of a dynamic property portfolio. As the primary point of contact for property owners, you'll build strong relationships and ensure exceptional communication throughout the property lifecycle.

  • Owner communications: main point of contact from start to finish
  • Oversee and delegate all aspects of showing, leasing, renewing and move outs of the properties in your portfolio
  • Maintaining a 95% occupancy and collections rate
  • Delegating tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager


What you get:

  • Base Salary: $64,000 - $82,000/year depending on skills and experience
  • 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus paid out monthly based on KPIs
  • $6,000 Yearly Stipend for Expenses
  • Compensation: $82,800 - $104,400

Requirements

What you bring:

  • Colorado Real Estate License
  • 5+ years of property management experience
  • Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High-functioning multi-tasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Systems-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass background check


“Nice-to-have” qualifications:

  • Bilingual – proficiency in Spanish
  • Experience with Appfolio
  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
