Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. You will work closely with the HR and IT departments to support recruitment workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices to enhance the overall user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

o Lead or support the implementation of the SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) module, customizing the platform to meet the organization’s recruitment needs.

o Configure job requisitions, candidate profiles, job offer templates, and workflows according to business requirements.

o Integrate RCM with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems (such as Applicant Tracking Systems, onboarding software, and HRIS).

2. Process Optimization and Management:

o Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement recruitment processes, aligning with the company’s talent acquisition strategies.

o Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

o Ensure compliance with local and global recruiting standards and regulations.

3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

o Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the RCM module, working with SAP support as needed.

o Monitor system performance and resolve any system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.

4. Training and Documentation:

o Assist with developing and delivering training sessions using a train-the-trainer approach for configured RCM functionalities.

o Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and training materials for RCM.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

o Generate and analyze recruitment reports to provide insights into metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status.

o Utilize SuccessFactors reporting tools to monitor KPIs and inform HR leadership of recruitment trends and improvements.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and support business objectives.

o Act as the point of contact for all RCM-related queries and liaise between recruitment teams and technical teams to enhance functionality.

 

Qualifications:

Experience:

o 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with specific expertise in the Recruitment Management (RCM) module.

o Proven experience in configuring and managing RCM workflows, job requisitions, and candidate processing.

o 5 years of recent experience implementing success factors in the public sector

• Technical Skills:

o Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and related SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, etc.).

o Familiarity with system integration tools and techniques within SuccessFactors.

Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

o Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with HR and technical stakeholders.

o Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruitment Management.

• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) or other recruiting technology platforms.

• Familiarity with HR processes, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment metrics.
