  • Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Boston, MA Time

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving attendance to exclusive virtual events for C-suite executives and company founders. Using cutting-edge power dialer technology, you’ll reach out to high-level decision-makers, presenting compelling invitations to industry-leading CEO events. This position offers a rare chance to refine your communication skills while interacting with top business leaders. You’ll work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, contributing directly to the success of boutique consulting firms and potentially earning commissions based on event attendance.



Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to CEOs, founders, and executives using advanced power dialer systems
  • Deliver persuasive invitations for exclusive virtual events hosted by boutique consulting firms
  • Execute a structured sales process and script to effectively communicate event value
  • Hit daily call targets while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
  • Update CRM systems with call outcomes and prospect information
  • Collaborate with the agency team to enhance outreach strategies and boost conversion rates
Requirements
  • Exceptional English language skills with a neutral accent
  • Strong communication abilities, adept at engaging professionally with C-suite executives
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and power dialer software (experience with Reply.io or Phone Burner a plus)
  • Ability to work US business hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST)
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of US business practices
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement in outreach techniques
