Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

• 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday anytime between 9AM - 5PM Miami Time , 4 hours per day
• Client Timezone: Miami, FL
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs
• Ongoing performance evaluation and feedback from client success manager


Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for professional services, focusing on industries like real estate firms, brokerage firms, law firms, and medical practices
• Conduct outreach through various channels including email, phone calls, and text messages
• Compile and maintain lists of potential prospects based on specified criteria
• Assist in developing and refining email templates and call scripts for outreach campaigns
• Qualify leads based on specific parameters provided by the client
• Use CRM systems to manage and track lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with the client to create and improve outreach strategies



Requirements
​
• 3-5 years of experience in lead generation or related field (for standard position)
• 7+ years of experience for specialist position
• Proficiency in using various CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with professional services industries, particularly in accounting, real estate, law, or healthcare
