Job Description

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our online presence, crafting compelling narratives that capture the magic of childhood play and family bonding. You’ll curate and edit user-generated content, bringing to life the daily joy and excitement experienced by our young visitors. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking, as you’ll be responsible for managing our social media platforms, primarily Instagram, to showcase our vibrant atmosphere and engage with our community. You’ll also assist with customer inquiries, both online and via phone (possibly), ensuring our excellent service extends beyond our physical space.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram
  
• Edit videos and craft scripts that highlight the fun and excitement of our play center
  
• Curate and edit user-generated content, showcasing happy families and children
  
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments across social media channels
  
• Collaborate closely with the business owner to align social media strategy with overall goals
  
• Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting our strategy to keep our content fresh and engaging
  
• Produce 2-3 high-quality video content pieces weekly
  
• Schedule and manage daily posts across our social media platforms
  
• Maintain consistent communication with the business owner for content approval and strategy alignment
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in family-oriented or entertainment businesses
  
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software
  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram
  
• Creativity in content creation and storytelling
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Passion for creating content that resonates with families and young children
  
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication
