This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 6PM Columbus, OH

Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant in this thriving real estate practice, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Your role will be crucial in elevating the online presence of a successful real estate agent, crafting compelling content, and nurturing leads through strategic email campaigns. You’ll leverage tools like Canva for eye-catching designs, manage a robust CRM system, and play a key role in lead generation and follow-up processes. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to directly impact business growth while honing your skills in real estate marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize lead generation strategies
  • Update and maintain CRM system (Follow Up Boss) for efficient lead tracking
  • Produce visually appealing marketing materials using Canva
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve online engagement and conversion rates
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in content creation and email campaigns
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Follow Up Boss
  • Strong design skills, especially with Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of real estate industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends
