As the Courier Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Courier Operations Managers to drive business growth by meeting supply growth milestones and achieving key metrics. Your role will involve expanding our current supply, enhancing quality and performance, and managing operational processes. Additionally, you’ll take the lead on short-term projects aimed at addressing these objectives.

- <point>Executing processes efficiently. Efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to register new couriers, verify documentation, check the eligibility of applicants, and other processes at scale.</point>
- <point>Analyzing key operational metrics. Utilization rate, rejected orders, online hours, delivery time - these and other metrics define the success of our marketplace business.</point>
- <point>Ensuring we maintain a high service quality. You’ll enforce our quality standards, ensuring our couriers keep the highest service standards for our customers.</point>
- <point>Helping our couriers and fleets with incoming issues to ensure we keep them engaged.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have some relevant experience (internships included) in a role that required you to work with numbers and metrics.</point>
- <point>You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (strong Excel skills and some coding skills are a plus).</point>
- <point>You are a recent graduate or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, operations, or related field.</point>
- <point>You are resilient, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.</point>
- <point>You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.</point>
- <point>You have great communication skills in English and Azerbaijani language.</point>
