The Opportunity

Building strong global business partnerships, collaborating cross- functionally with Sales Operations, Compensation Operations, Field Technology and Technical teams to support assignment & compensation processes, the Territory Analyst role will focus on the implementation and maintenance of Sales Coverage in the CRM enabling system access and visibility to sales territories. Analyzing and validating structure and attributes of territory definition for data accuracy will be a key focus. They will participate in providing subject matter expertise, define requirements & perform testing for assignment related system improvements to support process optimization.

What you'll Do
  • Align with regional field operations on territory building, clearly understanding regional coverage requirements and disparities to provide insights and make recommendations on implementation strategies

  • Capturing and processing direct and indirect sales territory information

  • Partner with Operations teams to understand current and future needs to deliver high-value creative solutions to improve process efficiency

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales Operations, Compensation Operations regarding company policies and process

  • Develop and implement controls required for accurate sales team assignment

  • Manage validations & evaluate territory submission results to continuously seek to improve existing processes

  • Create & maintain internal process documentation

  • Ad Hoc and Regular Reporting
