Job description

Hi, I'm Amy Fetchko, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. We are looking for an ISV Sales Executive that will report to the Director of Sales and help execute and refine the sales strategy within designated Forte Payments Strategic Solution Units. You would manage accounts linked to ISV partners across various verticals with an emphasis on Government.

We are looking for an ISV Sales Executive who will:

  • Drive revenue growth by creating compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and presentations that align with CSG’s go-to-market strategies and position CSG Forte as the preferred partner in ISV target markets.

  • Identify large and complex opportunities through cold calling prospecting and networking efforts to increase sales volume.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list to prospect and develop business, respond to RFPs, and develop proposals for presentation to customers.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies that support business development efforts.

  • Travel up to 25% to 40% of the time to conduct product discussions and demonstrations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior sales executive in consultative selling, development of business cases for the execution of alliance partner programs including ISVs

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales specific to the ISVs in multiple verticals, including Government and Property Management.

  • Extensive knowledge of Government ISVs, complemented by a robust network within the industry that can be strategically leveraged.

  • Executive level presence and strategic planning experience to lead large, complex ISV opportunities to come up with a good plan for onboarding new ISVs and portfolio conversions.

  • Exceptional ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects, utilizing subject matter experts to establish credibility and achieve measurable results.

  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$121,098.90-$193,759.56

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
