YOUR MISSION!
Your mission is to empower the CEO and the organization by driving strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and fostering innovative solutions that enhance productivity and growth. As a key partner, you will facilitate the execution of the startup's vision, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering impactful results that propel our mission to revolutionise the construction industry.

This role offers a mix of hands-on operational support in various areas and analytical/research work. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives and operations (company operating system): support the CEO in initiatives around AI or internationalization. Help to prepare the company for scale, from optimising workplace processes to implementing essential tools. Help to manage the company operating system, incl. weekly and monthly communication/ decision-making/ managerial alignment

Assist with fundraising and investor relations: Support the CEO in preparing for future funding rounds by contributing to business plans, pitch decks, and maintaining early investor relationships

Drive business development and go-to-market efforts: Contribute to marketing initiatives, content creation, and prospecting support. This may involve account and buyer research, working with sales tools, and assisting with customer onboarding and feedback collection

YOUR PROFILE
Must haves
  • A business degree or similar
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven abilities in:
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations and provide critical insights
    • Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges creatively and develop innovative solutions
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Adaptability: Comfort with uncertainty and ability to quickly shift between tasks
Nice to haves:​​​​
  • Industry Experience: Worked in a SaaS company and/or Start-Up before and/or connection to contractors through practical experience (e.g. internships) or in close family.
  • Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing social media engagement, sales and customer communications.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of financial principles and budgeting can be beneficial when assisting with financial planning or fundraising efforts.
  • German B2+
