The Senior Program Delivery Specialist / Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members, or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics.

The Senior Program Delivery Specialist/ Professional

  • Develops programs designed to drive value-based relationships.

  • Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning.

  • Reviews and communicates results of programs.

  • Begins to influence department’s strategy.

  • Ability to make recommendations based on reporting and measure performance

  • Conduct non-standard supplemental data audits and identify provider educational opportunities

  • Support key functions with strategic and analytical thinking

  • Oversight of assigned Stars campaigns by partnering with the program lead, vendor, and partners to support the execution and advancement of gap closure initiatives

  • Understanding of or experience with a clinical setting to advance provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and identify new opportunities

  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines and deliver tasks timely

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Live in Florida

  • 5 or more years of managed care experience

  • Medicare and Medicaid experience

  • Campaign management experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

  • Understanding of CMS Stars, performance measures, HEDIS knowledge and experience

  • Background working in Quality Improvement

  • Data or process oriented

  • PMP certification

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on process and quality

  • Progressive experience in the health solutions industry

  • Understanding of metrics, trends and the ability to identify gaps in care

  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments

Work at Home Guidance

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$84,600 - $116,300 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
