Aeroflow Healthcare – Sr. Corporate Marketing Coordinator - Fully Remote

As the Senior Corporate Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Aeroflow’s internal and external brand presence. Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will help envision, implement, and measure marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and foster community engagement. By performing current and future state analyses and identifying innovative solutions, you will contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven organization making a tangible difference.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Define Future State: Identify solution scope, process changes, and organizational capabilities needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis between current (AS-IS) and desired (TO-BE) states to guide transformative initiatives.
  • Customer and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market conditions.
  • Business Case Contribution: Interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation to justify project investments and quantify returns.

Marketing Coordination

  • Internal Communications: Develop and manage campaigns that engage employees and enhance company culture.
  • Intranet & Website Management: Maintain and optimize the company website and intranet, ensuring user-friendly design and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences to build brand presence.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the design and procurement of branded swag and materials to support various initiatives.
  • Brand Stewardship: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all initiatives.
  • Philanthropy Initiatives: Lead efforts to align the company’s philanthropic activities with its mission, coordinating campaigns, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships that make a measurable impact on the community.

Data-Driven Reporting

  • Monitor Campaigns: Track and analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Create Reports: Generate relevant and effective reports to communicate results and inform decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in B2B settings.
  • Expertise in email and social media marketing, including platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
