Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination: Orchestrate smooth delivery of evening operations from 5 PM to 11 PM UK time, ensuring exceptional service for our clients and seamless support for our team.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, maintaining the Dazzle brand's integrity in every interaction.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the Dazzle name with pride, building trust and positive relationships with both cleaners and clients.
Attendance Monitoring: Track team attendance via our T&A app, promptly addressing delays or no-shows to ensure coverage at all sites.
Crisis Resolution: Manage unexpected challenges swiftly and calmly, offering creative and practical solutions to maintain operational excellence.
Communication Liaison: Update Account Managers with detailed reports on evening operations to ensure smooth handovers for the next day.
Supervisor Coordination: Monitor supervisor schedules, deploying them to urgent sites when needed to maintain service quality.
Safety Champion: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all team members on duty.
Multi-Channel Communication: Make timely calls and send messages to resolve issues, ensuring all sites meet high cleanliness standards.
