JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Summarizes monthly supplier's performance and drives improvement action.
•Specific Supplier / Business Unit.
•Issue/ Generate SCAR/DIVE Report, Validate Correction action plan and effectivity.
•PDR - Review, implement Supplier actions on provided disposition when applicable.
•NCR - Review, Feedback and request Containment at Supplier.
•NoE- Review, Escalate to Quality Team.
•Assessment of the supplier non-conformances to drive action to prevent recurrence.
•Provide data , Escape and PPM of Suppliers Co-lead on ZDP activity.
•Train suppliers in quality requirements.
•Perform supplier audit, QMS, CTQ, Validation of Corrective Action with minimal supervision.
•Liase with Supplier for the Customer complaint and secure root cause analysis and action.
•Communicates well with Supplier's Representative and at all levels within the Supplier's organization.
•Provide suggestions to improve IQA process to detect part issues.
•Perform quality system audit.
•Provide updates and reports to cross-functional team and to all levels within the organization.
•Utilizes UPPAP core elements (e.g., PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify and develop recommendations for managing risk in product development.
•Conducts reviews to ensure all requirements are met for work transfer and process change management including Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance
•Reviews process control documentation to ensure it follows requirements, objectives, and/or contracts.
•Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years relevant experience in absence of degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
ELIGIBILITY
•Must be at least a year in his/her current position
•Must not be under Performance Success Plan
•Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
