Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in the commercial display industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, market development, and customer relationship management. This role involves leading sales strategies, managing channels, and coordinating resources to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales results by focusing on business development, market promotion, product demonstration, technical support, project management, logistics and customs clearance, financial follow-up, and providing information support.
  • Managing sales channels by developing strategies aligned with target customer needs, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Optimizing sales operations by continuously improving customer structures and collaboration models to align with evolving business objectives.
  • Analyzing market demand and industry trends to collaborate with product teams and prioritize core products based on sales plans and target customer requirements.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the seamless execution of sales tasks, including logistics and technical support.
  • Representing the company at professional exhibitions, customer events, and organized tours.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills; proficient in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales in commercial display, ICT, or electronic appliances industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of products, sales strategies, marketing, supply chain management, and the commercial display sector.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills for professional use.
  • 3–10 years of total work experience.
  • Highly ambitious and goal-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferably experienced with leading companies such as Samsung, LG, TCL, Newline, Hikvision, Dahua, or Huawei.
  • Familiarity with distribution channels (retail and commercial) in EMEA, US, South-East Asia, South Africa and Oceania will be considered an advantage.
