Job Description

As an E-commerce Support, you will provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone for ecommerce inquiries. You also have to assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns processes. 

Other key responsibilities: 

  • ● Troubleshoot issues related to product availability and payment processing.
  • ● Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping and delivery queries.
  • ● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM.
  • ● Actively participate in training programs to stay updated on products and services offered.
  • ● Provide feedback to management on common customer issues for process improvement.
  • ● Coordination of the production of eCommerce orders

Qualifications

  • ● Proven experience in customer service or ecommerce support roles
  • ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ● Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • ● Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online retail processes
  • ● Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • ● Flexibility to work in varying shifts as required by the business
  • ● Should have experience in the Promotional Industry
  • ● Experience in BPO and GY (Graveyard) shift is a must
