- Develop and lead initiatives to strengthen Social Talent's unique culture, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Drive programs and strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring our values and mission are reflected in every aspect of our people operations.
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and skills that align with company growth.
- Oversee the talent management process, including onboarding, training, career development, and succession planning.
- Establish a new performance management system to encourage growth, development, and accountability across the organisation.
- Implement a robust learning and development framework that supports continuous professional growth and enhances employee skill sets.
- Develop a framework and training for manager and leader development.
- Lead initiatives to foster a growth mindset and encourage a learning culture across the organisation.
- Ensure best-in-class HR operations, policies, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy to remain competitive and equitable in the market.
