Your mission
This role will be a  critical role in shaping our culture, managing the entire employee lifecycle and implementing innovative talent strategies that support high performance growth and goal delivery. Key Responsibilities
1.Culture and Employee Engagement  
  • Develop and lead initiatives to strengthen Social Talent's unique culture, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Drive programs and strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring our values and mission are reflected in every aspect of our people operations.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management  
  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and skills that align with company growth.
  • Oversee the talent management process, including onboarding, training, career development, and succession planning.
  • Establish a new performance management system to encourage growth, development, and accountability across the organisation.
3. Learning and Development  
  • Implement a robust learning and development framework that supports continuous professional growth and enhances employee skill sets.
  • Develop a framework and training for manager and leader development.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a growth mindset and encourage a learning culture across the organisation.
4. People Operations and Compliance 
  • Ensure best-in-class HR operations, policies, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy to remain competitive and equitable in the market.
  • Optimise HR Tools including Personio, Nectar HR and Linkedin Recruiter

Your profile
  • Experience: In a People and Culture management role, ideally within a fast-paced or scaling SaaS organisation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/ or advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus but not essential.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Leadership and Influence: Proven experience leading and inspiring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees at all levels.
  • Change Management: Skilled in managing change and fostering a positive culture in times of growth or transformation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to influence HR strategies and decisions.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): A passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, with hands-on experience building DEI programs.
