JOB DESCRIPTION


In this role, you'll work closely with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, using your sales skills to secure optimal terms and prices. WORK SCHEDULE


Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate property terms and pricing effectively
  • Perform daily property evaluations
  • Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily KPIs
  • Work closely with a supportive team committed to your success
  • Don’t have a real estate license? No problem—we’ll assist you in obtaining it and cover the education expenses!

PAY STRUCTURE


Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
