The Director of Client Strategy and Analytics will play a critical role in developing compelling narratives for high-stakes client pitches, driving insights through data analytics, and enhancing service delivery for top-tier accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in analytics, presentation development, and cross-functional coordination to help maintain and grow key client relationships at a dynamic services company.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Client Pitch Development
- Lead the story-lining and creation of high-impact presentations for major client pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the business development team to translate complex financial data and market trends into compelling insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate input, leveraging industry best practices and advanced storytelling techniques for maximum client engagement.
2. Analytics Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of mid-to-junior-level analysts, providing direction on ad hoc revenue and market analytics to support both internal and client-facing needs.
- Assign and oversee tasks, ensure project milestones are met, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages team growth and professional development.
- Establish best practices for data analysis, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all analytic outputs.
3. Service Delivery Improvement
- Drive initiatives to optimize service delivery for key accounts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance responsiveness, and increase overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of service delivery improvements and align outcomes with company objectives.
- Collaborate with client service and operations teams to implement solutions that support a seamless client experience.
4. Stakeholder Coordination and Input Synthesis
- Coordinate with senior management and key stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and refine inputs for crucial client presentations and pitch materials.
- Facilitate regular meetings with leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and strategic objectives, incorporating their insights and feedback into final deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between analytics, business development, and senior leadership, ensuring a unified approach in client engagement efforts.
Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in analytics, client strategy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a B2B environment (preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services).

- Proven expertise in crafting and delivering presentations for high-stakes client engagements.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Experience in leading and developing teams with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely results.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $230,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
