Młodszy Specjalista ds. Kadr i Płac z językiem niemieckim

Do Twoich zadań w roli Młodszego Specjalisty ds. Kadr i Płac należeć będzie:

  • Administracja i wsparcie procesów płacowych
  • Udzielanie odpowiedzi na pytania z zakresu HR i prawa pracy jednego z krajów niemieckojęzycznych (w tym bezpośredni kontakt mailowy, bądź telefoniczny z pracownikami Klienta)
  • Administracja bazy danych (SAP HR lub inny)
  • Zarządzanie czasem pracy, w szczególności administracja i monitorowanie kompleksowych procesów i ich wpływu na wynagrodzenie
  • Naliczanie i kontrola płac
     

Wymagania:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku w obszarze HR / obsługi klienta / administracji dedykowanemu rynkom niemieckojęzyczynym
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (w szczególności Excel)
  • Znajomość narzędzi raportowych
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w systemie SAP HR będzie dodatkowym atutem
