Job Title: Business Analyst - Sales Operations
Job Description:
Concentrix is looking for a Business Analyst with a background in sales operations, specifically in territory management. You will work with Salesforce end-users, managers, and senior management to facilitate territory mapping and implement necessary changes based on multiple needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze territory assignments and make necessary adjustments based on promotions, turnover, leaves of absence, and other situational factors that impact territory management.
- Engage with partners to gather requirements and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs; promptly address any changes required in territory assignments.
- Use Salesforce with elevated permissions to edit account details and profiles, ensuring users have the appropriate data access based on territory assignments.
- Support territory mapping programs by applying to assess boundary conditions and parent/child hierarchy decisions affecting territory allocations.
- Communicate daily with clients through phone, Teams, or Webex to quickly understand requests, minimize misunderstandings, and facilitate smooth conversations.
- Maintain documentation related to territory changes and communicate updates to relevant partners.
Qualifications:
- 7+ experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on sales operations and territory management.
- Experience with Salesforce; hands-on experience as a super user is acceptable, though formal certifications are not required.
- Navigate Salesforce effectively to make changes to accounts and profiles.
- Capable of quickly understanding business needs and translating them into actionable outcomes.
- Work with several teams and stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive approach to territory management.
