The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Operations Planning Processes & Systems, the Systems Analyst will produce a detailed analysis of workforce planning requirements and fulfillment center reports in a highly variable volume environment using operational research and statistical analysis skills.

Your Impact

  • Collect, access and manipulate data, develop/modify reports needed to satisfy initiatives through the use of internal applications and standard tools such as Excel, Access and other reporting tools/databases. 

  • Effectively analyze and communicate results and trends. Contribute as a team member with experience in gathering and manipulating data.

  • Produce, validate and deliver accurate reports including standard departmental metrics, as well as ad hoc reports from verbal and written requests.

  • Work collaboratively, coordinating and directing necessary resources outside of department to work on projects.

What You Bring

  • BA/BS Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration

    Or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience in Workforce Planning

  • Knowledge of Excel and Access, including ability to customize and create/edit SQL queries and build data models for analysis.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
