Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
  •  4 - 12 years' experience of support and enhancements
  • Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse setup etc.
  • Knowledge of RF devices and label printing
  •  Knowledge of WMS architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WMS
  •  Knowledge of MOCA Architecture and Page Builder
  •  Knowledge of SRE jobs.
  • Knowledge of support process, RCA, SLAs etc.
  • Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines
  • PL/SQL knowledge.
 
Responsibility
  • Work as support consultant for WMS
  • Triaging support calls
  • Work on the Functional Setting and Configurations.
