Key responsibilities:
Conduct technical assessments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of SAP S/4 HANA systems
Provide guidance and support to other team members, project teams and end-users on technical aspects related to SAP S/4 HANA implementation, including data migration, system upgrades, and new feature adoption
Implement solutions with the focus on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reduced risk and/or improved business capabilities
Understanding the real issue trough clear communicating – verbally and in writing
Ensure that applications are implemented and operated according to agreed standards within Hempel
Ensure adherence to the IT security policies
Key tasks:
SAP S/4 HANA management – application: troubleshooting, analysis, housekeeping, technical maintenance of SAP application
Proactive monitoring
Patch & release management
SAP User management, distribution, etc
On-call services – 24/7
Document solutions and workarounds to incidents
Understand the real issue trough clear communicating – verbally and in writing
Keep updated with technological developments and applications
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
University degree in information technology is preferable
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA administration
Fluent in English – oral and writing
In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, components, and landscapes
MS AZURE knowledge is essential
S/4 HANA Fiori experience
Experience in SAP system installation, upgrades, and patching
Quality oriented with experience of working to quality standards and record keeping
Organised and capable of meeting deadlines
Flexible and adaptable attitude
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Job Location: Mumbai India (On-site)
Shift Time: (India time) 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM depending on the region assigned to you.
