Overview:
National Debt Relief is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the growing Project Management Organization. This individual will oversee high impact IT projects, including infrastructure, security, and application deployment, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, structured communication, and technical coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage technical projects involving diverse systems, tools, and organizational stakeholders.
• Coordinate rollouts and manage project timelines for multiple companies, ensuring project deliverables meet business needs.
• Develop tailored communication strategies for different organizations with distinct requirements and preferences.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders for each project phase, ensuring alignment and effective information dissemination.
• Demonstrate familiarity with technical project lifecycles, including experience with Microsoft Intune, OneLogin, Office 365, and security tools like web application firewalls (WAF).
• Establish structured documentation for each project phase, ensuring completeness in technical steps, stakeholder communication, and support materials (e.g., user guides, technical specs).
• Work with internal teams to create SOPs, guides, and training materials that support user adoption and ensure operational consistency.
• Assess project risks, especially in security and IT infrastructure projects, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Oversee resolution processes for any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, coordinating with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of managing complex, multiphase technical projects with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience with security rollouts, authentication systems, and IT infrastructure in a project management role.
• Background in coordinating projects with third-party vendors, remote teams, or distributed organizational structures.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, OneLogin, Office 365 deployment, and network security (e.g., WAFs, API protection).
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Computer competency, including the use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
• Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
• Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
• Take constructive feedback.
• Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information:
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $110,500 - $133,500
