About The Role 


We are seeking an ERP Administrator with experience implementing, managing, and optimizing ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for innovation and be able to navigate the unique challenges of a boutique manufacturing robotics company. In this role, you will be vital in deploying and managing our Infor LN ERP system, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our complex and dynamic manufacturing processes. 


About The Work 

  • ERP Implementation: Assist in the technical deployment of the Infor LN ERP system within a high-tech manufacturing environment, ensuring it meets our dynamic business needs.
  • Tailored System Configuration: Adapt the ERP system to effectively support specialized robotics manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure that the ERP system supports all aspects of our operations.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, focusing on the accuracy and security of both technical and operational data.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to tackle the unique challenges of integrating high-tech robotics manufacturing processes with the ERP system.
  • User Empowerment: Empower users across various departments through training and support, enhancing their ability to leverage the ERP system effectively in their roles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve system performance and user experience in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the ERP system adheres to industry standards and best practices, particularly those relevant to high-tech manufacturing and robotics.

About You

  • Experienced: You have 10 years of experience managing and configuring ERP systems in a high-tech or discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Educated: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing / Operations, or a related field.
  • Problem Solver: You excel at troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Team Player: You have outstanding communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively across various teams.
  • Detail-oriented: You pay close attention to detail and are committed to delivering excellence in your work.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and can quickly adjust to new technologies and processes.
    Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have:

  • Thorough understanding of the specific challenges of integrating ERP systems in manufacturing.
  • Prior experience with Infor LN or Infor Cloud Suite Industrial Enterprise
  • Project management skills are an added advantage.
