Mindful Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to perform full-cycle recruiting for various roles withing the organization from entry level, clinical, contract, and corporate roles with the emphasis on clinical positions. This includes talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Talent Acquisition Specialists collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. They also attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to ensure our company attracts and presents quality and diverse candidates for the organization to hire.

Our Talent Acquisition Specialists

  • Consult with the hiring manager to design and implement overall recruiting strategy for each position
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other resources
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting communication to the rest of the team including candidate summaries and reports
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process to ensure a great candidate experience
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Participate in company’s first social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter)
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition leader to establish best practices for candidate experience, requisition creation, interview scheduling, candidate identification, hiring manager experience, and offer letters

Your Qualifications

  • 1 year + work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) and 6 months + of clinical recruiting experience
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability

Position Type & Schedule

  • Type: Full-time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm ET
  • Location Type: Remote (must reside in the Central or Eastern timezone)
