Key responsibilities:

The Paid Search Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing all paid search engine marketing activities. As a member of our Marketplaces performance marketing team, you will help drive exceptional growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Other responsibilities are:

  •  Plan, launch, and execute digital ad campaigns to increase awareness and drive new lead generation through our Leads.io Owned & Operated sites.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day optimizations to drive enquiries from search and display accounts on Google and Bing.
  • Test, monitor, and flawlessly execute Paid Search tactics to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, analyze data, and extrapolate insights.
  • Research keywords, analyze their relevance, and perform competitive analysis.
  • Extract campaign data & generate reports that summarize campaign performance to provide further actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to continue to refine and improve conversion.
  • Develop and create SEM ad copy and manage tests to improve performance.
  • Implement and manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies and budgets.
  • Report to and act as back-up to the Paid Marketing Manager on daily stewardship of SEM budgets and reporting to Upper Management.
  • Accurately pace daily paid search budgets with a focus on identifying growth.
  • Design, create, and report on A/B tests to drive improvements across all KPIs.
  • Partner with the data intelligence team to develop dashboards to measure campaign success.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and profitability within Google and Bing advertising platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Video)
  • Work collaboratively with cross-teams (Paid Social, SEM, Data, Programmatic, Display, + Paid Social) when developing campaign strategy and evaluating performance.

Your qualifications

  • You are a native French speaker and have a professional level of proficiency in English
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and campaign setup
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing search activities
  • Skilled in setting up Search activities for targeted regions, with a results-driven approach to achieving marketing objectives
